How often are newsletters sent? Newsletters are sent each month and more frequently as content permits during the legislative session. How are newsletters sent? Newsletters are sent through e-mail. Why am I not receiving my newsletter? First, check your junk mail folder. Sometimes newsletters are tagged as junk because of their image content.
