The announcement comes on the heels of a recent NAGC membership survey showing access to capital as a barrier to the growth of small-business government contractors. Three card options are available to designate contractors, veteran-owned businesses and "green" businesses. “Access to capital for business expansion and maintaining cash flow is a priority for our membership,” said J.R. Claeys, President of NAGC. “This line of Government Contractor Visa® Platinum Cards meets that need.” The Government Contractor Visa® Platinum Card line is currently offered with a 0% APR for twelve billing cycles* and includes benefits such as no annual fee, a choice of benefits and rewards cards, and a percentage of every purchase goes toward the advocacy efforts of the National Association of Government Contractors to maintain a fair and open government contracting process. “Funds from use of the card go directly toward our mission to bring more government contracts to small and medium-sized businesses,” Claeys said. “Our campaign toward increasing agency-wide small-business contract goals and targeting fraud and abuse in the contracting process are making great progress this session.
